About Doug: Doug joined our Quality Assurance team in the fall of 2016. Prior to coming to CCDS he worked at the Schenectady ARC as a Psychology Specialist, Program Coordinator and Training Specialist and also as a Direct Support Professional. Doug studied Psychology because he wanted to be able to help people. When he began working in the field of disabilities he fell in love with it. Doug is inspired by watching the people he works with learn things that make their lives better and allow them to develop new levels of independepence.
When he's not working, Doug enjoys spending time with his two sons playing video games and different sports. He also likes running and is an avid participant in local races.
