Amanda Ward
Intake Coordinator

About Amanda: Before becoming our Intake Coordinator, Amanda started at CCDS in 2015 as part of our Service Coordination Team.  Prior to joining CCDS, Amanda was an assistant program director at Mohawk Opportunities; where she helped run a crisis program for the mentally ill, and worked directly with clients to help aid in recovery and to gaining independence through developing daily living skills. She also worked as a medicaid service coordinator at Living Resources, as an ICM for the Aids Council, and was a residential program specialist at Anderson Center for Autism.

As our Intake Coordinator, Amanda strives to help people to help themselves, and inspires others to do the same. “Be the change that you want to see”… are the words she does her best to live by each day. Watching individuals make progress, accomplish their goals, and seeing individuals smile after they receive the help they were looking for encourages and inspires Amanda.

When she’s not working Amanda likes to spend time with her family, go for walks or hikes, and relax by watching a good movie.
