Human Resources Manager

We are seeking a Human Resources Manager to assist in the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources Department, and provide guidance to management and staff about general human resources policies, procedures and programs.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Managing employee relations
  • Implementing annual performance evaluation process
  • Providing advice to managers and supervisors regarding personnel practices
  • Acting as point person in overseeing and resolving sensitive human resource matters
  • Working with agency management and Director of Human Resources
  • Recommend and implement personnel policies
  • Ensure compliance with all federal and state employment laws as well as Catholic Charities standards and procedures
  • Supervise human resources staff.

Qualified candidates will possess a Bachelor’s degree and at least five (5) years of experience in the field of human resources; management experience knowledge of employment law as it relates to benefits, recruitment and OPWDD regulations.
