Miscellaneous Information

About Lisa: Lisa began working for Catholic Charities Disabilities Services in 2006 in a dual role as both a Medicaid Service Coordinator and Residential Intake Coordinator and took on the position of Behaviorist in 2010. Lisa has a broad range of experience in the field of disabilities.  Prior to coming on board at CCDS Lisa worked as a Direct Support Professional in a residential setting, as an Employment Counselor for the ARC, and as a Teacher’s Assistant in a special education classroom.

Lisa is inspired by hearing each individual's story, seeing their resilience and strength and getting to know each one’s unique sense of humor.  She is grateful for the opportunity to observe positive change and growth in individuals through the education, support and advocacy she is able to provide in her role as a Behaviorist and the relationships she has developed with both individuals and staff are an encouragement to her.

When she’s not working Lisa enjoys baking (sweets in particular), photography, travel, gardening (both vegetables and flowers), writing, and spending time with her family.

Education: Master of Science in Education, The College of Saint Rose
